Delivery

We offer both national and international delivery; international delivery rates will be higher and please allow longer time for delivery. Please allow up to 14 days from date of order for orders to arrive. In most cases a signature will be required on receipt of the delivery. All delivery rates and expected delivery times depends on where the delivery address.

Free international shipping will be offered if your purchases reach SGD 150/100.

It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is ready and able to accept delivery of the product, in particular that there is space for any delivery vehicle to make the delivery.

We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.

In the case of an order being returned to us due to failure to deliver, including if the customer has not collected from their local sorting office we might request that you pay an additional delivery cost to cover the cost of the re delivery of your order.1
